Tip: try just a few habits to see how you like it and cut off rows you don't need.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Enter email and locate your download link in your inbox. If unable to locate, check your spam folder.
  2. Download the PDF and print full size at 100%.
  3. Cut the habit tracker inserts along the dotted lines so it will fit into your planner.
  4. Tape the insert into the Space of Infinite Possibilities at the top only. This way you can still flip the insert up to still use the Space of Infinite Possibility underneath! The reward column is a little incentive you can set yourself if you complete your goals! (Ex: If I workout 3 times this week, I will reward myself with a cupcake!)
